Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frosted Brownies
Brownies frosted with cookie dough you could eat by the spoonful. These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frosted Brownies are a must-try.
- 18.3 oz brownie mix (1 box)
- 1 ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions then set aside to cool.
In a stand mixer or in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer beat brown sugar with butter until creamy.
Add in flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
On low speed slowly add in milk.
Fold in chocolate chips with a spoon.
Spread frosting over cooked and cooled brownies. Slice and serve. Optional: Top with more chocolate chips.
