Slow cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops with potatoes
- 4 Pork Chops (boneless)
- 6 medium Potatoes (sliced)
- 4 cups Green beans
- 21 oz Cream of chicken soup (2 cans of 10.5 oz)
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 oz Ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add pork chops, then potatoes, and last green beans to slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Pour this over ingredients in your slow cooker. Cookin on high for 3-4 hours, on low for 5-6 hours giving a stir halfway through cooking. When pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender serve and enjoy.
