Your entire meal made in your slow cooker and coved in a creamy ranch sauce. This easy Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes was a family favorite. Pork chops, green beans, and potatoes slow cooked to perfection.

Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

This Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes was a huge hit in our house! Like HUGE, my kids even ate the green beans! My boys can be picky and would usually never touch a green bean. They loved this creamy ranch sauce my oldest licked it up after all the food was gone! This recipe is so simple to put together because everything is made in the slow cooker. The main dish and two sides all cooked at once and all covered in this easy creamy ranch sauce.

Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

I love this recipe it's just so easy to make and so yummy. Start by adding your pork chops, then potatoes, and last green beans to slow cooker. In a mixing bowl whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Pour this over ingredients in your slow cooker. Cookin on high for 3-4 hours, on low for 5-6 hours giving a stir halfway through cooking. When pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender serve and enjoy.

Can I use another soup for this Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes?

Using cream of mushroom soup or even a homemade cream of soup will work for this just fine. While it will change the taste some of you will still get that same creamy texture. I have also made this recipe using chicken and carrots. It's easily changed up!

This recipe was so good! I seasoned the chops first & seared them. Then, added a few more spices. Didn’t change anything else. It was a huge hit! All the kids loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!

This recipe looks yummy! One question- when adding to the slow cooker, do you layer the pork, potatoes, and green beans (bottom, middle, top), or put them side by side in sections?

I put the pork in first and then the other items around it.

I use either red potatoes or russet. Anything you like or have on hand works. And yes you can use broccoli instead.

Hi Morgan, I have yet to try this in the oven but I am sure it could be done. I would toss it all in a casserole dish and cook until the pork is done and potatoes are tender.

Hi Lucy, I have yet to try this recipe without the cream of chicken soup. It would cook without it but you wouldn't get that creamy sauce so I don't think it would turn out right without it. You can try a homemade version of cream of soup. There are a lot online and they are usually just milk, flour, broth, with salt and pepper. I don't have a recipe for one but if you google a cream of chicken substitute there are a lot fo recipes and it seems pretty simple to make.
        Hope that helps!

Hi Jennie! I'm putting this together today for dinner, but was wondering about the potatoes... You indicated that they need to be "sliced". Although, I'm not sure if by sliced you mean scalloped potatoe(thin&round) OR cut up any which way your heart desires.... I'm worried about the potatoes not being fully cooked when everything else is ready. It's something that's happened in the past, so for the most part, I try to steer clear of cooking potatoes in the crock pot. SMH. 😊😊

Hi Trisha. I sliced them like scalloped potatoes (maybe a tad bit thicker) then cut that slice into 4s. I think that any way your hearts desires works as long as they as not left to big they should cook and be tender. I hope you enjoy the recipe!

I think either setting should work but you would want to check on it sooner. If you will be away from your slow cooker then try the low setting. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

Hi Jane Ann, for this recipe I used can green beans that are drained and fresh when making this recipe and both work great. You could also do frozen but I would allow them to thaw a little so you do not have extra water in the slow cooker.
