Your entire meal made in your slow cooker and coved in a creamy ranch sauce. This easy Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes was a family favorite. Pork chops, green beans, and potatoes slow cooked to perfection.
This Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes was a huge hit in our house! Like HUGE, my kids even ate the green beans! My boys can be picky and would usually never touch a green bean. They loved this creamy ranch sauce my oldest licked it up after all the food was gone! This recipe is so simple to put together because everything is made in the slow cooker. The main dish and two sides all cooked at once and all covered in this easy creamy ranch sauce.

I love this recipe it’s just so easy to make and so yummy. Start by adding your pork chops, then potatoes, and last green beans to slow cooker. In a mixing bowl whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Pour this over ingredients in your slow cooker. Cookin on high for 3-4 hours, on low for 5-6 hours giving a stir halfway through cooking. When pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender serve and enjoy.
Can I use another soup for this Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes?
Using cream of mushroom soup or even a homemade cream of soup will work for this just fine. While it will change the taste some of you will still get that same creamy texture. I have also made this recipe using chicken and carrots. It’s easily changed up!

This is the best recipe, the pork is so tender. We love it!
This recipe was so good! I seasoned the chops first & seared them. Then, added a few more spices. Didn’t change anything else. It was a huge hit! All the kids loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
can I use instant pot?
This recipe looks yummy! One question- when adding to the slow cooker, do you layer the pork, potatoes, and green beans (bottom, middle, top), or put them side by side in sections?
I put the pork in first and then the other items around it.
What can I substitute for green beans? Peas?
Thanks!
Yes, that would be perfect!
Making this for dinner tonight. Can pork chops be frozen
Yea they can. Being in the crockpot will still cook them.
Can I use thin pork chops?
Yes, that would work.
What type of potatoes do you recommend? Also can you sub. Broccoli for green beans?
I use either red potatoes or russet. Anything you like or have on hand works. And yes you can use broccoli instead.
My kids loved this. My 6 yr old licked the plate and told me it was a 10. My 2 year old was the first one done! Thank you!
Happy to hear that!!
Is it frozen green beans
Yes
