A great Pork Marinade will set your pork chops apart from other dinners you've made before. This marinade is savory and made with simple ingredients that work great together. It will really enhance your pork chops.
I love Pork Chops. They are an easy meal to make and go with a ton of different sides. Pork Chops though can be kind of bland and boring though. I love this Pork Marinade as it really enhances the pork flavor and makes these pork chops full of flavor with a nice crispy crust. This marinade is not just great on pork chops. It is a great marinade for pork loin as well!
How long do you marinade pork for?
This simple marinade really brings great flavor to the pork. I recommend a minimum of 1 hour to marinade the pork in, but you can also let it set for 24 hours if you would like! The pork will soak in the marinade and when baked a really nice crust will form.
How to make Pork Marinade:
This marinade is very easy to make. Just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well so the brown sugar dissolves. Pour the marinade in a large Zip-lock baggie and add your pork chops.
Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour. When ready to bake, pour the entire bag into your baking dish. Make sure the pork chops are spread out and not overlapping. Bake and serve with your favorite side dishes!

Can this marinade be stored?
If you make a large batch and keep it in a container, store in the fridge for about 1 month. Any marinade you have used with the pork needs to be discarded.
What other seasoning or flavors can you add to this marinade?
This seasoning can be changed with slight variations to give your pork some nice flavors. Add some red pepper flakes for some heat. Add lemon juice and zest instead of Italian seasoning for some lemon pepper flavors.
