How to make Air Fryer Pork Chops:
Prep: You want to start with seasoning the pork chops. I used boneless pork chops for this recipe.
Season: Rub the oil on the pork chops, and then add your seasoning and rub that in.
I prefer to mix all the seasoning in a bowl and then mix them up so you can rub them evenly on the pork chops.
Cook: Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and then cook.
Ingredients:
- Pork Chops
- Oil: you can use any oil you have on hand I usually use olive oil.
- Seasoning: Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Directions:
Step one: Start by rubbing your pork chops with oil and then season with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Then place in the air fryer basket.
Step two: Place the basket in the air fryer. Cook in the air fryer at 375 for 9-12 minutes flipping the pork chops halfway through.
- Tip: Your pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.

I am not sure what happened, but pork chops were not done in the time allotted. I put them in my air fryer basket in the oven with potatoes and I ended up putting them under the broiler to get them done. They were very tasty, but not sure why it took so long to get done. I did use four boneless pork chops.
I'm new to air frying & this was a perfect recipe for me. Easy, simple & delicious.
