These Roasted Maple Carrots just take 4 simple ingredients to make. It's such an easy side dish recipe that the family will love.

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • cup maple syrup


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
  • Place carrots in a mixing bowl. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and maple syrup. Add to carrots and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until carrots are cooked through and tender.


  • Tip: This recipe can get sticky during the baking process so I find parchment paper is the best for easy cleanup.
