  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen pineapples
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Add more juice as needed.

  • I find frozen fruit works best for a smooth texture but you can also use fresh instead if you have that on hand.
  • You can also add protein to this smoothie by using greek yogurt or protein powder.
  • I love adding greens to my smoothies. Just toss in a handful or two of spinach.
