This Sunshine Smoothie is the perfect summer time drink. It's loaded with tropical flavor and easy to make.

Sunshine Smoothie in a glass jar

With summer just around the corner, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite summer drinks. This Sunshine Smoothie is loaded with all my favorite spring and summer fruit and the taste of it reminds me of vacation in Florida.

    Sunshine Smoothie Ingredients:

This is what I use for my sunshine smoothie. You can add more or less of any of the tropical fruits you like.

    • Peaches
    • Pineapples
    • Mango
    • Yogurt (I use plain but you can use a flavor you like instead)
    • Orange juice
    • Honey (this is optional for sweetener)

    Instructions:

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more juice as needed to get the smoothie to the consistency you want.

    Tips:

    • I find frozen fruit works best for a smooth texture but you can also use fresh instead if you have that on hand.
    • You can also add protein to this smoothie by using Greek yogurt or protein powder.
    • I love adding greens to my smoothies. Just toss in a handful or two of spinach.
