- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Tips:
- I find frozen fruit works best for a smooth texture but you can also use fresh instead if you have that on hand.
- You can also add protein to this smoothie by using greek yogurt or protein powder.
- I love adding greens to my smoothies. Just toss in a handful or two of spinach.
