An easy breakfast or a healthy snack this Strawberry Banana Smoothie is perfect for either. Two of my favorite fruits blended up in one.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
My kids are big smoothie fans. Even though my youngest hides in his room because the blender is to loud he still loves it when the blender is off and he can drink one! This smoothie is really simple to make just 5 simple ingredients you have a simple breakfast or healthy snack. I love smoothies for breakfast because I can drink them in the car on the way out! Some mornings sitting down for breakfast just doesn’t happen!
How to make a Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
It’s pretty easy, just place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed.
I added a tablespoon of honey to my smoothie for just another touch of sweetness. Since the strawberries already have natural sugar I don’t want to add anymore but still wanted to give it a little more sweetness. It’s optional though! If you are making these for your kids through in some kale or spinach at the bottom to add some extra nutrition.
