I love this side dish recipe. These Roasted Carrots Honey are to make and coated in butter and honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Melt butter and mix in honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss carrots with melted honey butter and place in your prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until carrots are cooked and tender.

Notes

  • Tip: When adding hot melted butter to cold carrots your butter could get solid again. Don't worry about it because it will melt again in the oven.
