    I love an easy side dish recipe. These Roasted Carrots Honey are so simple to make and a recipe that my kids just loved. 

    How to make Roasted Carrots Honey:

    Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F. Then go ahead and prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    Step two: Next prepare your butter. Melt your butter and mix in honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. You can melt in a saucepan or in the microwave.

    Step three: Toss carrots with melted honey butter and place in your prepared baking dish.

    • Tip: When adding hot melted butter to cold carrots your butter could get solid again. Don't worry about it because it will melt again in the oven.

    Baking Instructions:

    Last it's time to bake your carrots. Bake them for 25-30 minutes or until your carrots are cooked and tender.

    • 2 pounds baby carrots
    • â…“ cup unsalted butter
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • â…› teaspoon pepper
