Need a quick side dish recipe that the entire family will love? Try these simple and flavorful Roasted Ranch Carrots.
I love anything seasoned with ranch, it even makes vegetables taste better. My youngest even loved them. He's my good eater though my older son takes a little more convincing to get him to eat vegetables. He wouldn't stop snacking on them and I'm surprised I didn't get a little hand in my photos!
How to Roast Carrots in the Oven:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Add seasoned carrots and cook for 30 minuted turning halfway through. Carrots should be tender when ready to serve.
What oil should I use?
Any oil will work for this recipe I prefer to use a flavorless oil like vegetable oil.
