- 4 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup colby jack (shredded)
Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Season chicken with taco seasoning and then place in the prepared casserole dish. Pour salsa over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from the oven.
Top chicken with shredded cheese and then place back into the oven for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and serve. Optional: serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
