This recipe is one that was passed down from my mom. She loves an easy recipe as much as I do and she used to make this Salsa Chicken all the time. She even nwould add black beans and corn sometimes right to the dish to bake with the chicken.

How to make Salsa Chicken

Step one: Get started by preheating oven 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step two: Then season your chicken with taco seasoning and then place in the prepared casserole dish. Last pour your salsa over the chicken. Then cover your casserole dish with foil.

Serving Options:

I serve mine topped with fresh cilantro. We like to slice it and serve over cilantro lime rice or in a tortilla shell.
