Crunchy Chicken Recipes:

Nothing beats the crunchy and buttery taste of this baked chicken. This recipe is a classic and one that I have been making for years. It was always my favorite growing up and now my kids love it.

You only need a few simple ingredients and it’s really easy to put together.

This recipe was inspired from my chicken casserole with ritz crackers so if you like this you will might want to try that one also!

  1. I needed low sodium chicken with flavor…this hit the mark perfect it was tender and juicy on a bed of rice it is delicious. Definitely be on the menu again and again.

  2. How do you brush something already covered in crumbs with butter? Won’t the crumbs just get brushed off?
