Ingredients

  • 4 Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 24 oz Turkey Kielbasa (2 12oz packages)
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder (to taste)

Instructions

  • Start by slicing bell peppers, onions, potatoes, and kielbasa and placing them into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Add seasoning and toss again to coat.
  • Cut large squares of foil and layout to fill (6-8 depending on how full you fill each pack). Fill middle with seasoned veggies and kielbasa and fold foil up around food.
  • Grill: Medium heat for 17-25 minutes
  • Oven: 400 degrees for 30 minutes and place foil packs on a baking sheet.
