Shrimp Dip

This easy to make Shrimp Dip is a great side dish or appetizer to serve for a summer party. It's full of flavor and take about 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Extra Small Shrimp (Cooked, Peeled, and Deveined)
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • Cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup Green Onion Tops (Diced)
  • ½ Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Hot Sauce (Optional)

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop the shrimp. Note: reserve a couple of tablespoons for garnish if desired.
  • Blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.
  • Add the Old Bay, garlic powder, lemon pepper, salt, and hot sauce; mix well.
  • Fold in the green onions and chopped shrimp. Serve with crackers veggies and enjoy.

Notes

Tips for making the Shrimp Dip:
Chop the shrimp coarsely so every bit can have shrimp in it. 
Cajun seasoning can be a substitute for Old Bay if you do not have it. You may need to cut out the salt if you go this route.
You can omit the hot sauce is you do not want a spicy dip. The Hot Sauce does not add must heat to the dip, but for a milder dip do not use it.
