- 3 pounds chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
Brush chicken thighs with oil and place in the slow cooker.
Season with salt, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and pepper.
Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.
Drain liquid if needed from slow cooker. Brush chicken with bbq sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes then serve.
