Ingredients

  • 32 oz Frozen corn
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Half and half
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and stir well. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Mix well once cooking is done then serve and enjoy.

Notes

Cooking Tip:

You can also use fresh or canned (drained) corn. Canned corn could quicker so keep an eye on your slow cooker or cook for less time.
I do add my corn still frozen to the slow cooker.
