The easiest homemade chicken teriyaki! This Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki is all made in the slow cooker just add in the ingredients and walk away until dinner time.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Option: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Add chicken breast to the slow cooker. 
  • In a small mixing bowl add all remaining ingredients. Whisk together well then pour over chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for  6-7 hours.  
  • Shred chicken with a fork and mix. Serve and enjoy.
