- 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch
- Optional: garnish with green onion
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl add remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour over chicken. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shredded chicken and eat as is or serve over rice.Optional: garnish with green onion.
