Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Mix well and allow to cook for 3-4 hours on low. 
  • Stir well and serve with marshmallows or whipped cream. 
    *this recipe will be very hot serving right from the slow cooker. If serving at a party reduce heat to warm or turn off heat several minuted before serving.

For this recipe I used a 6 quart slow cooker and everything just fit. I wouldn't suggest to use anything smaller then that.
