beef flank steak

cornstarch

ground ginger

garlic powder

soy sauce

water

brown sugar

green onions
(diced)
Instructions
Cut steak into strips and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add cornstarch to steak and toss to coat. Place steak into the slow cooker.
Mix oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce, water, and brown sugar. Pour this over steak inside slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 hours. Until steak is cooked through.
Garnish with green onions. Optional: serve over rice.
Notes
Tip: If you have any extra cornstarch leave that in the bowl and discard. You just wanted in coated on your steak.
