Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 20 oz pineapple chunks
  • 18 oz BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Allow to cook in high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. 
  • Once cooked shredded chicken and mix all ingredients together well. 
    Optional serving ideas: rice and diced green onions.
