This Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Sandwiches is one of my favorite recipes. It's all cooked in the slow cooker then shredded and piled onto a bun.

- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 1 packet zesty italian mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 8 buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Place roast, onions, zesty Italian mix, and beef broth to your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Once cooked shred and serve on a bun with cheese. Optional: place sandwiches in the oven to melt cheese.
- Cooking on high could cause your roast to become tough. Low is slow is usually the best method.
