This recipe makes the perfect easy dinner. My entire family even the kids love these Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Sandwiches. Let your slow cooker do all the work and then shred and serve.
How to make Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Sandwiches:
Step one: Get started by placing your roast, onions, zesty Italian mix, and beef broth to your slow cooker.
Step two: Once your roast is ready cook it on low for 8 hours.
- Tip: Cooking on high could cause your roast to become tough. Low is slow is usually the best method.
Step three: Once cooked shred and serve on a bun with cheese.
- Optional: Place your sandwiches in the oven to melt cheese.

My husband just raved about these shredded beef sandwiches. The provolone cheese made it extra special. Don’t skip the cheese. I served it with Beano’s creamy horseradish sauce. Will definitely make again. Thank you!
I love the idea of horseradish sauce!
