Slow Cooker Steak and Gravy is an easy crockpot dinner made with tender steak cooked low and slow in a rich, savory gravy. Serve it over mashed potatoes for the perfect comfort food dinner.

- 1.5 lbs Beef Round Steak (sliced into stripes)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
Slice your beef steak into strips into place them into the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl whisk cream of chicken soup with broth brown gravy mix, and onion soup mix.
Pour gravy mixture into your slow cooker over steak.
Cook on low 5-6 hours until steak is cooked through and tender. Serve and enjoy.
Storage and Reheating
Refrigerator
Store leftover steak and gravy together in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
Keeping the steak in the gravy will also help prevent it from drying out.
Freezer
Allow the steak and gravy to cool completely, then transfer them to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Reheating
Reheat the steak and gravy together in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through. You can also microwave individual portions in short intervals.
If the gravy becomes too thick after refrigeration, add a small splash of beef broth while reheating.
