S'mores Poke Cake
A perfectly moist cake that never fails. This S' mores Poke Cake is simply amazing. Full of flavor and topped with mini marshmallows. I pop them in the oven to broil to get them roasted just like it came off the campfire.

Remove cake from oven and use the end of a wooden spoon to poke small holes all over the cake. Pour in sweetened condensed milk.
Top cake with mini marshmallows and place it back in the oven on broil for 20-30 seconds or until marshmallows are partially roasted. Remove from oven and serve.
Check the cake box instructions. Your cake mix might call for other ingredients and have different cooking time. Follow those directions to prepare your cake.
Serving Poke Cake:
Traditionally you would place your poke cake in the fridge to cool but for this recipe, I also love serving it warm. In my option, it tastes more like a real S'more when it is warm and melty.
If you prefer it chilled then allow your cake to cool and place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
Storing Poke Cake:
After this cake is done allow it to cool completely. Cover the top with foil or plastic wrap then store it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
