- 1 pound Ground beef
- 15 oz Corn
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1/2 cup Jalapeños (canned and diced)
- 15 oz Black beans
- 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 2 cups Beef broth
In a large pot cook ground beef, crumbling and stir occasionally until browned. Drain fat and return to stove top.
Add corn, salsa, jalapeños, black beans, and taco seasoning to the pot with ground beef and mix together.
Add broth and allow to cook on medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
Optional: Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and fresh diced cilantro.
This recipe is easily made in the slow cooker.
Start by cooking your ground beef then drain fat and place the cooked and crumbled beef in your slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Serve then top with your favorite taco toppings.
