Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 3.4 oz Cheesecake pudding mix (1 box)
  • 1 ½ cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz Whipped topping (1 tub)
  • 1 ½ pound Strawberries
  • 4 medium Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Into a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer beat cream cheese until creamy.
  • Next add in cheesecake pudding mix and mix. Then add in Greek yogurt and mix again. 
  • Lastly fold in your whipped topping until all ingredients are combined. Then cover and place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour. 
  • Meanwhile wash and slice strawberries. Peel and slice bananas. Place fruit in a bowl and toss gently with lemon juice. This will help prevent your fruit from browning. 
  • Gently fold fruit into your cheesecake mixture and serve.
