- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 3.4 oz Cheesecake pudding mix (1 box)
- 1 ½ cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 8 oz Whipped topping (1 tub)
- 1 ½ pound Strawberries
- 4 medium Bananas
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Into a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer beat cream cheese until creamy.
Next add in cheesecake pudding mix and mix. Then add in Greek yogurt and mix again.
Lastly fold in your whipped topping until all ingredients are combined. Then cover and place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Meanwhile wash and slice strawberries. Peel and slice bananas. Place fruit in a bowl and toss gently with lemon juice. This will help prevent your fruit from browning.
Gently fold fruit into your cheesecake mixture and serve.
