- 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 6 slices slice cheese
- 6 oz chicken stuffing mix (1 box)
- ¼ cup butter melted
Add chicken to a 9x13 casserole dish.
Whisk together cream of chicken soup with broth and all seasonings.
Add sliced Swiss cheese on top of chicken then add on the whisked and seasoned chicken soup mixture.
Add stuffing on top and then melted butter. Cover and Bake at 350 for for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Storage and Reheating
Refrigerator
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freezer
Freeze the baked casserole for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Reheating
Reheat individual servings in the microwave or warm the casserole in a 325°F oven until heated through.
