Taco Stuffed Shells

My all-time favorite stuffed shell recipe! Taco filling and topped with cheese you are going to love these easy Taco Stuffed Shells. My kids love these and will eat them up!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Jumbo shells (about 18-20 shells)
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 oz Taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Green onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook shells according to package directions. Once cooked drain and set aside.
  • In skillet cooked ground beef. Add taco seasoning, cream cheese, and 1 cup of salsa. Cook until cream cheese has melted, and ingredients are well combined.
  • Add remaining 1/2 cup of salsa to the bottom of your casserole dish. Spoon filling into shells and place them in a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted.

Notes

Tip: Since you will be stuffing then baking these make sure to not over cook your pasta.
