Start by boiling your shells according to package direction once cooked drain and set aside. In a skillet cook your ground beef (or ground turkey) then add taco seasoning, salsa, and cream cheese. Allow it to cook together until cream cheese has melted and all ingredients are well combined. Last I mixed in green onions then filled my shells. The filling is delicious! But without a sauce to pour over the shells while the bake, I found them kind of dry. Next time I think I'll make a cheddar sauce with milk or cream and try that poured over the shells and then top with cheese!

Yum, these are my favorite and I usually make an extra batch and pop them into the freezer so when I'm in a pinch I have them on hand.

Yum!!!! We do these at our house, and in addition, we cook them in a pan of salsa so the salsa is nice and warm and ready to dip once they're done.
