- 2 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 2 whole bell pepper (diced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 cups chunky salsa
- 1 oz fajita seasoning
- 3 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
- Optional for topping: tortilla chips sour cream, and shredded cheese.
Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Allow to cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.
Use a fork to shred chicken. Serve and enjoy!
