This rich chocolate cookie is decorated for Halloween with jack-o-lantern sprinkles. This simple Halloween Cookie recipe is perfect for this time of year and tastes amazing.
I love making themes cookies! I know Halloween is a favorite holiday to many but I never got into the creepy part and have always liked the cute pumpkins and all the fall things.
The boys and I decided to make a Halloween cookie when we found these adorable pumpkin cookies. You can use any Halloween sprinkle you have to decorate your cookies cute or creepy.
How to make Halloween Cookie:
Step one: Whisked together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Once combined set aside.
Step two: Using a stand mixer or electric mixer beat softened butter with melted chocolate, sugar, and brown sugar. Once well-combined add in the egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Add in dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step three: Place dough in the fridge and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.
Step four: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step five: Mix in sprinkles and then scoop out 1 ½ tbsp of dough. Place cookie onto your prepared baking sheet.
Step six: Bake for 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes then remove.

- ½ cup chocolate chips (melted)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup pumpkin or Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
