    Brownie Mix Donuts

    This simple Brownie Mix Donuts are made with a box of brownie mix and topped with crushed Oreo cookies.

    These Brownie Mix Donuts make the perfect sweet weekend breakfast or fun dessert. 

    Ingredients:

    For the donuts:

    • Box brownie mix: Use whatever brand you like to get at the store and it will work.
    • Ingredients called for on the box: Each brand could call for different ingredients so double check your box.
    • Extra egg: Add an extra egg to your ingredients that are called for on the box.

    For the topping:

    • White Chocolate
    • Whipping cream
    • Crushed Oreo cookies

    Directions:

    Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

    Step two: Next you want to prepare a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

    Step three: In a mixing bowl mix together your brownie mix with the ingredients that the box calls for plus 1 extra egg being careful to not over mix.

    Step four: Spoon your brownie batter into the prepared donut pan, filling donut slot ¾ the way full.

    • Tip: Don't overfill the pan since the donut will rise when baking.

    Baking Directions:

    Step five: Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Step six: Remove from oven and allow to cool for 7-8 minutes.

    Step seven: To remove your donuts from the pan run a flat knife around the rim of each donut to loosen. Then remove each donut from the pan.

    Topping Directions:

    Step eight: Now to a small saucepan combine white chocolate and heavy cream. Stir over low heat until white chocolate has melted.

    Step nine: Transfer melted white chocolate to a shallow glass bowl for dipping.

    Step ten: Then go ahead and place your crushed Oreo cookies into another shallow bowl.

    Step eleven: Dip donuts face down in the warm white chocolate then dip into the crushed Oreo cookies.

    Step twelve: Last set your donuts on a wire rack to allow chocolate to set. Repeat this with each donut then enjoy.

    • 18.4 oz box brownie mix (1 box)
    • ingredients called for from brownie box mix

    Oreo Cookie Topping:

    • ½ cup white chocolate
    • ¼ cup whipping cream
    • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies

    Instructions

      This is helpful!! Now I must ask, what is the baking time for mini doughnuts 🍩??

        Not 100% sure since I didn't try minis. But depending on your oven and pan you used, probably shorter a few minutes shorter than these ones. Just stick a toothpick in them to test before pulling out of the oven.
