This Peach Smoothie is one of my favorites. It’s simple to make and taste like summer. We love this smoothie as a quick breakfast or tasty snack during the day.
Peaches are the perfect fruit for summertime. This Peach Smoothie is a favorite with my family and we can’t get enough of this recipe.
What you need for a Peach Smoothie:
Here is everything you will need to make a peach smoothie.
- Frozen sliced peaches (you can freeze fresh peaches or use fresh and add in ice for texture)
- vanilla yogurt (or peach)
- orange juice
- honey (optional for sweetener)
How to make Peach Smoothie:
Step one: Place all ingredients a blender and blend until smooth.
Step two: Add more juice as needed. Once blended pour into a glass and serve.
Frozen or Fresh Fruit:
When making fruit smoothies you get the best results using frozen. Fresh can be used in the same amount but your smoothie might not be as creamy and smooth.
If you have fresh I would suggest freezing them or add ice to the smoothie.
