Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie is an easy crockpot dinner made with tender chicken, vegetables, and a creamy sauce. A simple comfort food recipe perfect for busy nights.

This is the kind of dinner I make on busy days when I want something warm and homemade waiting by dinnertime. The slow cooker does most of the work, making this recipe simple, filling, and perfect for family dinners.

How to make the Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie:

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast – (boneless and skinless)
- Red Potatoes, (washed, semi peeled, and cubed)
- Mixed Veggies, (frozen)
- Medium Onion, (chopped)
- Cream of Chicken Soup, (2 cans)
- Chicken Broth
- Paprika
- Thyme
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Grands Biscuits

Directions:
Step One – Add your chicken breast to your slow cooker with cubed red potatoes, mixed veggies and chopped onion.

Step Two – In a separate bowl add cream of chicken soup with chicken broth and all seasoning. Whisk together then pour over your ingredients in the slow cooker.

Step Three – Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.

Step Four – Shred chicken and prepare biscuits according to package directions. Serve with biscuits on top and enjoy.

- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp thyme

- 16 oz grands biscuits
Instructions
