My mother-in-law was the one who gave me this recipe. She made them for us for a quick lunch during a visit and after I was hooked.

I like a regular hot dog in a bun but wrapped in a crescent roll with cheese takes hot dogs to an entirely new level, they are amazing!

How to make Cheesy Hot Dog Rollups:

Yes, the name is a mouthful, but making this hot dog crescent roll lunch is super easy to make. Hot Dog roll ups are simple. Roll a hot dog in a crescent roll then bake. I add a slice of cheese to the crescent rolls before rolling the hot dog up to make these cheesy!

    Ingredients:

    • Crescent Rolls - 8 crescents per pack
    • Hot Dogs
    • Colby Jack Cheese

    Directions:

Step One - Preheat the oven to 375° F. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step Two - Open crescent rolls and lay out on the baking sheet. Place half a slice of cheese on each crescent then place a hot dog on each. Roll up each crescent.

Step Three - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crescents are fully cooked.

Love that it says "presents" instead of "crescents." Made me lol.
