    Grilling Season:

I love grilling season! When it's nice outside you can bet we will have something on the grill for dinner. Kabobs are one of my favorites, the entire dinner on a stick! Doesn't get much easier then that does it. These Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs are simple to make and taste amazing. They are a little sweet and a little savory, the perfect recipe combination.

    Chicken Marinate:

    • honey
    • soy sauce
    • brown sugar
    • ground ginger
    • garlic powder

Place chicken in a large baggy and add in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Massage into the chicken. Marinate overnight or cut into chunks and to cook immediately. Either way, your chicken will taste amazing but leaving it overnight to marinate does allow the chicken to get the flavor throughout.

    Prepping Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs:

Start by preheating your grill. Heat your grill to medium/high heat.

    • Tip: Before I turn on my grill I like to make sure it's clean and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to help the chicken not stick.

Next, cut your chicken breast and veggies into bite-size pieces and place them on metal skewers. Place chicken, onion, pepper, then pineapples or you can place in any order you prefer.

    Cooking Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs:

Place in the grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Remove from the grill then serve and enjoy.
