Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs
We grill so much in the summer time! There is just something about being outside, enjoying time with family, and the yummy grill taste! Plus my hubby is always on grill duty which means a little less work for me.
These hawaiian chicken kabobs are lined with red onions, bell pepper, fresh pineapple, and seasoned chicken. I used pineapple juice and soy sauce to season my chicken with a little salt and pepper. I recruited some help though to dice all these veggies! Luckily my mama was in town and she was more then willing to help.
- Pineapple juice 3/4 cup
- Soy sauce 1/4 cup
- Chicken diced, 3 boneless skinless breast
- Green bell peppers 2
- Red onion diced, 1 large
- Pineapple cubed, 1 whole
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Kabob stickes 9-10
- Mix pineapple juice and soy sauce together in a bowl . Stick diced chicken in juice and allow to marinate. Dice veggies and pineapple while your chicken marinates.
- Assemble your kebabs and preheat your grill to 400 degrees.
- Drizzle olive oil on kabobs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow to cook for 5 minutes at a time and turn. Keep dong this until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
