Slow Cooker Sweet Salsa Pork
This dish is one of my favorites. It’s a recipe that my mom got from a friend then she passed it to me and it has been a family favorite for years. We love serving it with rice and the next day I even served the leftover as pork tacos! Plus you only need three simple ingredients.
Slow Cooker Sweet Salsa Pork Ingredients:
- Brown sugar
How long to cook pork in the slow cooker:
When cooking pork in the slow cooker I find the best way to do it is low and slow. I cook mine on low for 8-10 hours or until it’s so tender it falls apart.
