  • 4 Whole Ripe Bananas – The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.
  • Yellow Cake Mix – Use a standard 15.25 oz box; spice cake mix also works for a flavor twist.
  • Eggs – Room-temperature eggs mix more easily and create better texture.

Directions:

Step One – Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or oil.

Step Two – Add bananas to a mixing bowl and use a fork to mash. Add in yellow cake mix and eggs and mix until

Step Three – Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bread is cooked through. Place a toothpick into the center of the bread and if it comes out clean it is cooked through.
