Cake Mix Cookie Bars
I can’t think of a dessert that I love more than anything covered in M&Ms. I love how fun and colorful they make this Cake Mix Cookie Bars. The best part about a box cake mix recipe, it’s so simple to make, and of course tastes awesome. I think these make the perfect dessert for a birthday party or any regular old Tuesday night 😉
Once you have preheated your oven mix together cake mix, dry instant pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined. Then add 1 cup of your M&Ms and fold into mixed batter. Pour into a greased baking dish and then top with remaining M&Ms. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown around the edge. Remember that baking time and temperature can be different based on the brand cake mix you bought. While most are pretty similar make sure to check your box and bake according to their directions.
