    Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rotini

    This easy recipe is a favorite with try family. Simple Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rotini is creamy and delicious.

    Easy dinner recipe are my favorite. I usually have most of these ingredients on hand for this Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rotini so it makes the perfect dinner in a pinch.

    How to make Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rotini:

    Step one: Start by cooking the pasta according to package directions. Once cooked drain it and then set aside.

    Step two: Next dice the chicken into bite size pieces and place in a large deep pot with diced onions. Cook until chicken is cooked through then add in minced garlic.

    Step three: Now to your pot add in cream of chicken soup and cream cheese. Cook this on low until the cream cheese is melted and creamy.

    Step four: Last to your pot add in chicken broth and season with lemon pepper seasoning, oregano, and lemon juice. Then add in your cooked pasta to this pot and just mix it well and then serve.

    FAQ & Tips:

    • Can I use another type of pasta? Of course any of your favorite pasta or what you have on hand will work.
    • Storing Directions: Store in an air tight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.

    Ingredients
      

    • 10 oz rotini pasta
    • 2 large chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
    • ½ cup white onion (chopped)
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 21 oz cream of chicken soup ( 2 cans)
    • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

    Instructions
