This recipe for an Oreo Milkshake is super easy to make with only three ingredients! Just blend together vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookies and some milk to make this amazing milkshake!

Oreo Milkshake in glass topped with whipped cream, an Oreo cookie and maraschino cherry.

Milkshakes are a classic dessert everyone loves. Oreos are a classic cookie everyone loves. Putting the two together just seems right!

This Oreo Milkshake is the perfect easy to make dessert or snack. Top the milkshake off with some whipped cream, a full Oreo and a maraschino cherry.

How to make an Oreo Milkshake:

Milkshakes are super easy to make. All you have to do is throw your ingredients into a blender and then blend until you have the consistency you want.

If you want a thicker milkshake add some extra Oreos for more chunks.

If you like a thinner milkshake blend well and add some extra milk.

    Ingredients:

    • Vanilla Ice Cream
    • Milk
    • Oreo Cookies
    • Optional for topping - Whipped Cream, Maraschino Cherries and extra Oreos!

    ingredients for Oreo Milkshake.

    Directions:

Step One - Scoop ice cream into a blender.

Step Two - Add 6-8 cookies depending on your texture preference.

    Then pour in your milk.
    • Tip: Use whatever milk you want. I used skim for this recipe.

adding the milk to the blender.

Step Three - Blend until creamy and smooth or until you have the desired texture.

2 Oreo Milkshakes in glasses topped with Oreo cookie, whipped cream and a cherry.

Step Four - Serve with whipped cream, a cherry, and more Oreo cookies.

Can I store this for later?

Unfortunately, this is a drink that you need to enjoy when you make it.

It will melt and no longer be "frozen" pretty quickly.

If you try to refreeze it, it will turn into ice and not keep the milkshake texture you want.

Try some of my other favorite frozen drinks:

Peppermint Milkshake - The PERFECT winter treat! With just four ingredients this Peppermint Milkshake is a winning recipe.

Sherbet Punch - This classic Sherbet Punch is made with rainbow sherbet and lemon-lime soda. Easy to make and the perfect drink for birthday parties or on a hot summer day.

Frosted Lemonade - The PERFECT summer drink! This Frosted Lemonade is amazing and you only need two ingredients. The perfect drink to beat the heat.
