This classic Sherbet Punch is made with rainbow sherbet and lemon-lime soda. Easy to make and the perfect drink for birthday parties or on a hot summer day.

Sherbet Punch is a quick and refreshing drink you can make in less than 5 minutes.

My kids love this at their birthday parties or on any hot summer day.

This classic drink only takes 5 minutes to make and uses only 2 ingredients!

    How to make Sherbet Punch:

This may be the easiest recipe I have on my blog to make. Make your punch when you are ready to serve it.

The sherbet will melt quickly so you want to make it as soon as you want to serve it.

Mix your sherbet and lemon-lime soda together and enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    • Rainbow Sherbet
    • Lemon-Lime Soda - I used 7-Up but you can use Sprite as well.

    ingredients for sherbet punch.

    Directions:

Step One - Add ice cream and soda to a large punch bowl.

Tip: When mixing the soda with the sherbet, pour it in slowly. The carbonation could cause a lot of bubbles, which could cause a big mess.

adding lemon-lime soda to the punch bowl.

Once it is all mixed together, be ready to serve. Keep in the refrigerator if you need to until serving.

Just remember if you do that the frozen aspects of the sherbet will be gone.

I highly recommend making it right around the time you want to serve it.

    Additions for the Sherbet Punch:

You can add these additional ingredients to the punch to change it up a little!

    1. Pineapple Juice - adding pineapple juice will give this a tropical flavor, and it mixes so well with the sherbet and soda.
    2. Hawaiian Punch - add some more "punch" to your punch with one of the many flavors of Hawaiian Punch.
    3. Maraschino Cherries - believe it or not adding maraschino cherries is a fun addition to this punch.

    glass of the Sherbet Punch.

    How to store this punch:

Store the punch in a pitcher or another container that has a lid in the refrigerator.

This punch should last for about 3 to 5 days.

I do not recommend refreezing. It will end up getting very icy and not refreeze like a sherbet.

Try some of my other punches and drinks:

Grinch Punch - This Grinch Punch is a holiday twist to a classic sherbet-based punch.

Green Party Punch - The perfect party punch that everyone will love. I've served this Green Party Punch at all our parties and it's always a hit.

St. Patricks' Day Punch - Who is ready to party St. Patrick's Day style!? In case you didn't know I'm a sucker for a theme so St. Patrick's Day fun with all the green treats and Irish food, I'm all in! This St. Patrick's Day Punch is easy to make and taste so good!
