Oreo Pie in pie dish ready to serve.

Making desserts are one of my favorite things to do. Just like all my other recipes, I love my desserts to be quick and easy as well. This Oreo Pie is just that! It requires no baking, and just little prep work.

This Oreo Pie is creamy, light and fluffy. Everyone will enjoy it. It's secretly decadent and rich. Everyone will love it!

If you end up with leftover Oreo's then make sure to try these recipes next, Oreo Cupcakes, Oreo Poke Cake, or this simple Oreo Bark

How to make an Oreo Pie:

This pie really has just two steps. Crush Oreos in a food processor and then mix together well with the melted butter.

Form into the crust in the pie pan and put in the refrigerator to chill and set. Make your filling by mixing more crushed Oreo's with Cool Whip.

Add this to the pie crust and spread it out. Crush some more Oreos and sprinkle them all over the top of the pie. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

This should make 8 normal sized pie slices.

    Ingredients:

    Oreo Pie Crust:

    • Oreo Cookies - regular are recommended, even though my family prefers those Double Stuffed.
    • Unsalted Butter - melted.

    Oreo Pie Filling:

    • Oreo Cookies - You can use regular or Double Stuffed for this part!
    • Whipped Topping - thawed.

    Oreo Topping:

    • Oreo Cookies - crushed and crumbled for the topping. Use regular Oreos for this part.

    ingredients for Oreo Pie.

    Directions:

Follow these instructions in making the Oreo Pie.

    Oreo Pie Crust:

Step One - Place all 24 Oreo cookies into a food processor or blender. Grind cookies into very fine crumbs.

Oreos in food processor to be crushed.

Step Two - Pour Oreo crumbs into a mixing bowl with melted butter. Stir until combined then pour into a 9-inch pie pan.

    crushed Oreos in food processor.

Step Three - Press cookie crumble into your pie pan evenly. I used a measuring cup to press the crust evenly and tightly across my pan. Set your pie pan into the fridge.

pushing crushed Oreos into the pie pan to make crust.

    Oreo Pie Filling:

Step Four - Place 12 Oreo cookies into a food processor or blender. Grind cookies into very fine crumbs then pour into a mixing bowl. Add in whipped topping and mix.

making the filling for the pie.

Step Five - Remove pie crust from fridge and spoon in all your pie filling.

    Oreo Topping:

Step Six - Crush Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top of your pie. Place your pie in the fridge to chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.

finished pie topped with crushed Oreos.

Step Seven - Once chilled remove from the fridge, slice, and serve.

Tips for a great Oreo Pie:

    1. I like to use a food processor or blender for crushing the Oreos. This allows the Oreos to be crushed finer that by hand or in a Ziplock bag. Especially with the crust you want a finer crushed Oreo. Chunks would not stay together as well in the crust.
    2. Make in enough time to allow it to chill in the refrigerator. When mixing the Cool Whip and the Oreos together for the filling, you want to allow enough time to let the pie set in the fridge. This will ensure the pie stays together nicely when serving.
    3. An easy way to form the pie crust is to use a rounded bottom of a mug, cup or measuring scoop to press the curst firmly together in the pie pan.

Try some of my other favorite desserts made with Oreo:

Oreo Cupcakes - These Oreo Cupcakes with cookies and cream frosting will be your new favorite cupcake! They are so rich and moist, they are great for birthdays, bake sales, or any gathering you have!

Oreo Poke Cake - Take your box cake mix to the next level! Filled with marshmallow cream and topped with a frosting loaded with Oreos. This Oreo Poke Cake is simple to make and taste amazing.

Oreo Bark - No baking and done in just 15 minutes this simple Oreo Bark is a must try recipe! When it's frozen just break apart and serve.
