Homemade french toast sticks baked right in your oven. These Baked French Toast Sticks and simple to make a breakfast that your entire family will love.
Weekends are for big breakfast, cartoons, and lots of family time. I’ve honestly never been a big breakfast person but lately, that has changed. I’ve even been serving breakfast for dinner!
Nothing beats a Saturday morning breakfast with the family. My favorite memories as a kid still are Saturday mornings with my family and I hope to make those same fun memories for my kids.
How to make Baked French Toast Sticks:
Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F. Then prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Step two: In a shallow dish add melted butter, milk, then add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon, whisk together.
- Tip: Be careful adding eggs to warmed butter. Allow your butter to cool slightly and use cold milk to help make it cooler. Once cooled then add eggs. Mixing egg with warm butter will end up cooking your eggs.
Step four: Bake for 8 minutes and then remove your french toast sticks and flip them then place them back into the oven for 8 more minutes. Serve with syrup for dipping.
How to Freeze French Toast Sticks:
Follow directions and prepare french toast sticks. Allow them to cool and then place them on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer to freeze your french toast sticks separately.
Once frozen remove from the freezer and place in a large freezer bag. Leave in the freezer for up to 3 months.
When you are reheat bake them at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or place them on a plate and microwave for 40-60 seconds.

I made this recipe this morning and it turned out perfectly! My family enjoyed it and Iโll for sure make it again
Awesome! I’m glad you all enjoyed it!
My children love french toast but it takes so long to fry enough for my large family. This will save me a lot of time. Thanks for the recipe!
