These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are loaded with flavor and heat. Buffalo sauce with juicy chicken and crunchy veggies in every bite. These wraps will be the perfect lunch.
Lunch is sometimes something I rush to make, and rarely make things I enjoy. Between homeschooling, the kids and working lunch sometimes is anything quick I can find. But we all need to enjoy our meals and even indulge sometimes.
These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are just that. I love them and they are all mine! My husband is not a Buffalo sauce fan, and my kids think it’s too spicy.
So, when I get the time to make a “ME” lunch this is it! I love these because they are relatively easy to make and so tasty!
How to make Buffalo Chicken Wraps:
These Buffalo Chicken Wraps do not take much time to make. The only thing that takes time is cooking the chicken. I love to make the chicken ahead of time for this purpose.
My All-Purpose Slow Cooker Chicken recipe is great for having chicken ready to go for whatever meal you plan on making.
Dice or shred your chicken then mix all your ingredients together. Load up your tortillas and then drizzle ranch dressing on them. Wrap them up and enjoy! Dip them in ranch dressing if you like for additional flavor!
Ingredient Notes:
- Cooked Chicken (diced or shredded)
- Buffalo Sauce
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Carrots
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Ranch Dressing
- Flour Tortillas
Directions:
Step One – Place cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and shredded carrots into a mixing bowl.
Step One continued – Mix all ingredients together and combine well.
Step Two – Layout your tortillas and spoon on your chicken filling. Then add shredded lettuce and drizzle on ranch dressing.
Step Three – Fold tortilla ends then roll to close and seal.
Step Four – Serve immediately or wrap with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to serve later.
